Azerbaijani Political Emigrants to Hold a Protest in Brussels
Democratic Movement of Azerbaijan is planning to hold a protest in Brussels on June 6, to draw international attention to the arbitrariness and violation of human rights in Azerbaijan.
The action will take place on the square near the European Commission and other international organizations.
The movement, a group of Azerbaijani political refugees, was founded in February 2013.
In a press release, the organization noted that the action will be carried out in protest against repression on the eve of the presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
After the rally, participants will meet with members of the European Parliament, to provide information about specific violations. -03D06-
