Baku hosts 7th Assembly of Asian Political Parties
Today in Baku at the Gulistan Palace, the 7th Assembly of the Asian Political Parties was convened. More than 170 delegates from dozens of countries on the continent are attending the forum.
Over three days, there will be six plenary sessions, at which most of the delegations will speak. The topics of the discussion will include policy trends in Asia, analysis and prospects for the political future. From Azerbaijan, representatives of the ruling party New Azerbaijan will attend the forum.
Participants include the former Foreign Minister of Armenia Raffi Hovhannisyan and the Russian Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov. -02D-
