Baku Mayor"s Office Sent Back the Opposition to the "20th Section"
The Baku Mayor's Office has refused to sanction a rally scheduled for noon on November 7 in front of the office of the Advisory Majlis of Democratic Forces (AMDF), Turan was told by the chairman of the Open Society Party, Sulhaddin Akbar.
As for the AMDF rally scheduled for November 10, the City Council proposed to hold it on the outskirts in the yard of a driving school in the "20th Section" area.
Akbar also said that a final decision on how to proceed on this issue has not been made by AMDF.
Recall that the rallies are held by the opposition to protest against restrictions on freedom of assembly.
AMDF was established in September of this year. At present, the structure consists of 14 parties. -05B06
