Baku to Host Meeting of Azerbaijani-Georgian Delimitation Commission
Baku / 21.05.19 / Turan: The next meeting of the commission on the delimitation of state borders between Azerbaijan and Georgia will be held in Baku on May 23-24. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
The delegations will be headed by Deputy Foreign Ministers, Khalaf Khalafov and Lasha Darsalia.
The Commission resumes its work after an 8-year pause.
The issue of delimitation was actualized after discussions began in Georgia, regarding the status of the Keshikchi Dag / David Gareji monastic complex located on both sides of the border. -06D--
