Bill in the Armenian parliament on recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh
On September 4, MP from "Heritage" faction of the Armenian parliament, Zarui Postanjyan, submitted to the deputies the draft law "On recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh." The bill has two parts:
Article 1. The Republic of Armenia recognizes the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
Article 2. The law will enter into force on the 10th day after the formal submission.
An extraordinary session of Parliament, convened by deputies from the ruling party to discuss the measures in the light of extradition and pardon Ramil Safarov, is taking place today in Yerevan. -02D-

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has extended the special quarantine regime in the country until April 1, 2025. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov. "The extension is aimed at preventing the spread of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) within the country and its potential consequences."
