Border guard committed suicide
Baku/22.01.22/Turan: A soldier of the Coast Guard of the State Border Service, sailor Rzaguliyev Ramil Khagani oglu committed suicide.
According to the report of the State Border Service on January 22, he was taken to a military hospital for examination due to mental problems.
At about 11:00 a.m., he jumped out of the top floor of a military hospital building under construction.
Employees of the prosecutor's office, with the participation of a forensic medical expert, examined the scene of the incident and the body, and also carried out other necessary investigative actions.
In fact, the Baku Military Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal case under Article 125 (incitement to suicide) of the Criminal Code.—06D-
