Bulgaria confirms the interest in the "Southern Gas Corridor"
Ilham Aliyev received on May 13 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria Daniel Mitov, who is on an official visit to Baku. Aliyev said that Azerbaijan intends to strengthen economic cooperation with Bulgaria, and in particular, in the "Southern Gas Corridor". In reply, Mitov said that bilateral relations have a strategic partnership, noting the need to strengthen ties. Speaking about energy projects, the Bulgarian minister said that the project "Southern Gas Corridor" is of strategic importance for his country and expressed confidence that the project gives opportunity to expand cooperation between Azerbaijan and not only to Bulgaria, but also with the EU. -02D-
