CEC Sums Up Parliamentary Elections
Baku / 25.02.20 / Turan: Azerbaijan’s CEC today summed up the results of the February 9 parliamentary elections. At the meeting on February 25, the final protocol was adopted.
Within two days, the CEC will send this document together with the protocols of the district election commissions with other materials attached for verification and approval of the Constitutional Court, which in turn will announce its decision within 10 days.
Note that the CEC canceled the election results in 4 constituencies. According to the final protocol, 70 deputies from the Yeni Azerbaijan party, 10 parliamentarians from another 8 parties, and 41 non-partisans are going to parliament. –06D--
