Colombia's Foreign Minister Maria Angela Holguin Cuellar will arrive in Azerbaijan with an official visit. According to Foreign Ministry’s spokesman, Elman Abdullayev, the guest will be received by the Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
The purpose of the visit is to discuss issues of bilateral relations. -16D-
