Conflict between Karabakh and Yerevan Armenians, Several Wounded
Yerevan / 02.02.15 / Turan-.ArmInfo: January 31, dozens of cars with Karabakh war veterans left from Yerevan to Karabakh to take part in the rally with anti-government slogans.
On the territory of the Lachin region the convoy was stopped by police of Karabakh and its members were brutally beaten. Dozens of people, including those well-known in the last war, were taken to hospital.
The incident caused a negative reaction in Armenia and strengthened the negative attitude toward the Karabakh Armenians, which was the cause of the statements of political parties and public figures.
Note that the Armenian media have placed photos and videos in which police fired in the air and beat participants of the rally with batons. -02D-
