Consideration of appeal by R. Amiraslanli postponed
Baku / 15.11.19 / Turan: On Friday, the Baku Court of Appeal examined the appeal of the deputy chairman of the Musavat party, Razim Amiraslanli, who was arrested for 15 days on charges of not subordinating the police.
Amiraslanly’s lawyer Neymat Karimli told Turan that the minutes of the hearing in the trial court were distorted and falsified.
The defense requested that the case be returned to the trial court.
In this regard, the proceedings in the court of appeal were adjourned indefinitely.
Amiraslanli at the meeting rejected the administrative offense attributed to him.
In the police protocol, it was written that Amiraslanli allegedly getting off the bus on November 11 swore and ignored the comments of the police.
In fact, on November 11, he himself appeared in the Binagadi police in the morning in connection with his call there on the eve of the picket “Musavat.” - 21C-
