According to Turan lawyer, Javad Javadov, the court upheld the trial court's decision, which arrested her for three months. Leyla Yunus accused under several Articles of the Criminal Code: 274 (treason), 213 (tax evasion), 192 (illegal business), 320 (forgery), (178.3.2)large-scale fraud.
