Defense Ministry welcomes the appeal by Kasprzyk, but with reservations
Azerbaijani Defense Ministry positively assessed the appeal on the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman, Andrzej Kasprzyk, on the strict observance of the ceasefire, the press service of the military. The Armenian side has declared that ceasefire on the border of Armenia will be followed if the Azerbaijani Armed Forces do the same. "It means that the Armenian side actually wants to present the occupied territories as annexed," said the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan. In this regard, the Azerbaijani side reserves the right to strike the Armenian invaders along the front lines, the report said.
Previously the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman, Andrzej Kasprzyk, called on both parties to refrain from rising tensions on the eve of Novruz and Easter. -02D-
