Eldar Namazov: SOCAR holds its activities in this hotel
The zeal of some media and TV channels, "exposing" the National Council for holding its activities in the hotel, owned by an Armenian, is funny, said Eldar Namazov, the head of the executive office of the National Council in his interview with the Turan agency.
"Some people try to shame us for cooperation with the Armenians. But I want to disappoint these pseudo patriots - the hotel is owned by a Georgian family," said Namazov.
When people stay in the hotel they do not ask the nationality of its owner. Well, even if the National Council has committed such a "sin", then let these "patriots" shame also the Azerbaijani State Oil Company (SOCAR) and other organizations, because they regularly hold their activities in the same hotel, said Namazov.
A number of pro-government and government-controlled media have been stating for two days that the National Council is holding its meetings in Tbilisi hotel owned by an Armenian, calling it "unpatriotic step" and a "betrayal." -02В-
