Perpetual license for Qala Hayat Sigorta
The insurance company Qala Hayat Sigorta received a perpetual license for professional activity.
The press release from the State Insurance Supervision Service noted that this was done by order of the Minister of Finance on July 29 in connection with the expiration of the previous permit.
Recall that the previous license term ended today, July 31, 2013. Qala hayat Sigorta became the 26th insurer of the existing 28 to receive a perpetual license.
Qala Hayat Sigorta operates in the insurance market since the end of July 2008 on the basis of a license for a period of 5 years.
Until 2011 it was called Qala Sigorta.
The authorized capital of the company amounts to 4.35 million manat.
Holders of its shares are the reinsurance company AzRe (60%) and one individual - Nizami Makhmudov (40%). - 17D-
