Elmar Mammadyarov: ‘Afghanistan Will Be Able to Take Advantage of Large-scale Projects in the Region’
New York / 22.09.2016 / Turan: Afghanistan in the future will be able to take advantage of large-scale transport and energy projects implemented in the region with the participation of Azerbaijan, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov at a meeting with his Afghan counterpart Salahuddin Rabbani.
According to Turan, with reference to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, the meeting was held within the framework of the 71st session of the UN General Assembly.
At the meeting, the Ministers discussed the future prospects of cooperation and the joint fight against terrorism. -71D-
