The delegation headed by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov on April 14 departed for an official visit to Latvia. According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the delegation will hold meetings with the political leadership of Latvia. On May 21-22 summit in Riga will take the "Eastern Partnership" the European Union. Probably the upcoming meeting will also be affected during the visit of Mammadyarov to Riga.-06D-
