Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a visit to Brussels on December 1-2 to participate at the meeting of NATO's support for Afghanistan. Mammadyarov will speak at the event and will hold a series of bilateral meetings, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said. -06D--
