Entry-exit from Baku will be carried out after registration on the “icaze.e-gov.az” portal - Ministry of Internal Affairs
Baku/04.08.20/Turan: From August 5, persons with permits registered on the website "icaze.e-gov.az" will be able to leave Baku to the regions, said the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ehsan Zahidov.
According to the decision of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, the special quarantine regime continues until August 31. At the same time, a toughened special quarantine regime is in force in Baku and 13 other cities and regions.
Control over entry and exit in these cities and regions will be carried out by police officers and military personnel of the Internal Troops.
Persons and vehicles registered on the “icaze.e-gov.az” portal will pass through the checkpoints, the Interior Ministry spokesperson said.
It is not clear whether the previously issued permits on the icaze.e-gov.az portal will be automatically renewed? It is also not clear whether everyone can obtain permission or only those individuals and organizations that had them before?
At a briefing on August 3, the head of ASAN, Ulvi Mehdiyev, stated the exact opposite: to travel to the regions, registration on the portal is not required, but a written travel certificate will be required. -16D-
