The European Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muzhnieks denounced yesterday’s kidnapping and torture of the known blogger Mehman Huseynov in Baku.
“I am worried at reported ill-treatment, arrest and fine of the blogger Mehman Huseynov in #Azerbaijan. Intimidation to silence critical voices must end,” Muzhnieks wrote on his Twitter account. -16D-
