Ex- Defense Minister of Ukraine: the country is living the most critical moment in its history

Former Defense Minister  of Ukraine Yevgeniy Marchuk said today that Russia is preparing for the second stage of the special operation in Ukraine. "To date, experts in the field of security  understand that in the next two days Ukraine will experience the most critical moment of its history since independence,"  said Marchuk.

According to him, the military has a very "accurate indicators" when preparing large-scale operation , especially the offensive, and it is impossible to hide  it. "There are operations such their components, when it is impossible to keep  them a long time They require either resistance, or the implementation forward," he explained.

Today in Donetsk and around this city are accumulated so-called "tourists" in civvies, and their  "organized activity" is observed. "There are all the signs  that  first  massive attack of  Russian regular troops on the territory of Ukraine will be at  the beginning. This will be a large group of organized people  not in uniform, but a large part of them will be armed with automatic weapons; and then the appropriate actions will be taken," said Marchuk.

Earlier, the U.S. military intelligence notified  the Congress that the probability of a military invasion of Russia in Eastern Ukraine is higher than thought until now. According to U.S. intelligence, in the areas of Rostov- on-Don, Kursk and Belgorod  has assembled a group of more than 30,000 soldiers, mostly composed of motorized units , designed for quick shots.
