Exercises of Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in Nakhchivan and Redeployment of Air Force to Reserve Airfields
Baku / 03.07.18 / Turan: Within the framework of the large-scale exercises of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces launched on July 2, redeployment of combat aviation to reserve airfields has been carried out, the press service of the Defense Ministry said. At the same time, air defense facilities are deployed. However, where exactly and for what purpose the redeployment is carried out is not reported.
According to the same source, tactical exercises began with live firing in the military units of the Air Defense of the Separate Combined Army stationed in Nakhchivan.
