The Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Portugal, where he will hold meetings with officials of that country. As stated in the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the focus of the talks will be issues of bilateral and multilateral co-operation, trade, economic and parliamentary relations. -02D-
