Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Hague
Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will meet at a summit on nuclear security to be held on March 24-25, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told at today's press conference after talks with his Afghan counterpart.
According to him, after this meeting, in April, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will visit the region. "We can not negotiate only for the sake of negotiations. Currently we are discussing specific issues. We must start preparing for the big peace agreement," said Mammadyarov.
However, he stressed that the talks can not go on forever, that there is a certain time. Armenia should withdraw its troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
In this case the issues regarding armed conflicts will be solved simply, and there are periodically such offers, Mammadyarov said.–03C06-
