Baku / 06.03.18 / Turan: In 2017 restriction of freedom of expression in Azerbaijan remained a serious problem. In addition, bloggers remain in prisons: Mehman Huseynov, Rashad Ramazanov and Ilkin Rustamzade, writers: Sadai Shekerli and Tofig Hasanov, graffiti activists: Giyas Ibrahimov and Bayram Mammadov.
7 sites of independent mass media were blocked on the territory of Azerbaijan.
