Georgia Settles Borders with Azerbaijan and Turkey
Tbilisi / 10.11.14 / Turan-BSPRESS: In the framework of the Eastern Partnership the construction of five sectors of the border between Georgia and Azerbaijan will begin in late November, the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili said.
At the same time, equipping infrastructure on the demarcated sections of the Georgian-Turkish border will start.
"Ensuring border security is our main state purpose, and our government is doing everything to achieve this goal," said Garibashvili.
According to him, the Georgian government spares no effort for improving the border infrastructure, and in this respect foreign aid is very important. -02D-
