Head of National Council of Democratic Forces Meets with Ambassador of Netherlands
On 15 October there was a meeting of the Chairman of the National Council of Democratic Forces Professor Jamil Hasanli with the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Azerbaijan, Robert J. Gabriels.
During the meeting they discussed issues of the parliamentary elections, the situation in the field of political prisoners, human rights and others.
Hasanli familiarized the Ambassador of the Netherlands with the NCDF position on the parliamentary elections and exchanged views on the matter with him.
On behalf of the National Council Hasanli thanked the Embassy of the Netherlands for monitoring the trials of political prisoners.
It should be noted that on the eve of the parliamentary elections the Ambassador of the Netherlands held a meeting with representatives of parties representing different political views. -0-
