Hikmet Hajiyev meets with the ambassadors of the EU, Turkey, USA, Great Britain and Switzerland
Baku/19.07.23/Turan: Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan on Foreign Policy Hikmet Hajiyev met today with the ambassadors of the member states of the European Union in Azerbaijan. In addition to the ambassadors of the EU countries, diplomats from the USA, Turkey, Switzerland and the UK also took part in the meeting, according to the head of the EU delegation to Azerbaijan, Peter Mikhalko.
"It was a pleasure to meet today with the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan for Foreign Policy Hikmet Hajiyev for an informal exchange of views together with the EU ambassadors and colleagues from Switzerland, Turkey, the UK and the USA," he wrote on Twitter.
German Ambassador Ralf Horleman also announced the meeting. "I thank Hikmet Hajiyev for valuable discussions with the EU and partners on the path to a just and sustainable peace. Germany is committed to supporting both sides of the conflict," he wrote on Twitter. ---06B---
