House of Representatives of Arkansas State recognizes the Khojaly tragedy

On February 8, Arkansas House of Representatives adopted a resolution on the Khojaly tragedy. The document, number HR1004, recognizes the massacre of Azerbaijani civilians in the town in Nagorno-Karabakh, and was presented by the congressional representatives Jonathan Barnett and Karen Hopper.

The death of Azerbaijani civilians in Khojaly was "the most ruthless in the bloody massacre of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, where 613 people were killed; most of them were women and children. Earlier, the House of Representatives of New Mexico adopted a similar resolution. -02D-
