Hungarian Foreign Minister arrives in Baku to participate in UNSP meeting
Baku/23.11.23/Turan: Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó has arrived in Baku to participate in the UNSP (United Nations Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia) meeting.
Speaking at a meeting of its board of directors in Baku today, Szijjártó emphasised the strengthening of transit routes between the EU and China. He expressed the view that Europe's future depends on strengthening these links.
"Hungary supports efforts to make Central Asia a bridge between East and West," he said.
Add that the UNSP was established on 26 March 1998. Its today's members are Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.-0-.
