I.Aliyev and N.Pashinyan managed to talk in Dushanbe
Baku / September 28, 18 / Turan: On September 28, during a meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State in Dushanbe, a brief conversation took place between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Pashinyan wrote about this on his Facebook page. He promised to tell the details of the conversation with Aliyev upon his arrival in Yerevan.
Youtube posted the captures the moment of conversation between the two leaders after the ceremony of photographing the participants of the summit. The Azerbaijani side has not yet commented on this message. -02D-
