Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin discuss the Karabakh settlement
Presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia, Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin, had a telephone conversation on Monday. According to the site of the President of Azerbaijan, during the conversation they noted successful development of relations based on strategic partnership of bilateral relations in the political, economic, humanitarian, military-technical and other spheres, expressed confidence that cooperation at a high level will be further strengthened.
The presidents also discussed issues on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, noted Russia's role in this process, as co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group.
The Russian president expressed readiness to fully support a peaceful resolution of the problem.
The Heads of State exchanged views on other issues of mutual interes.-03D06-
