President Ilham Aliyev received Igor Sechin, President of Russia's largest oil company Rosneft, the website of the President.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation between Rosneft and SOCAR.
In this case, the parties noted the great potential of such cooperation in the international arena.
