Baku / 11.12.18 / Turan: On December 11, the head of state Ilham Aliyev received the commander of the Iranian border troops, Gasim Reza, and members of his delegation.
Aliyev noted the successful cooperation of the two countries in the issue of border security and organization of mutual trips of citizens of the two countries. He expressed the opinion that the visit of the Iranian commander would strengthen this cooperation.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation, the official statement says. -02D-

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
