"The meeting focused on the history of successful development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and the United States , and expressed confidence in further expansion of relations and exchanged views on the settlement of the Armenian- Azerbaijani Nagorno- Karabakh conflict," the website of the President said.
On Monday, the head of the state also received the delegation headed by the President of the New York based International Institute for Peace, Terje Roed - Larsen.
