Ilham Aliyev Receives Saudi Prince and President of Sports Federation of Islamic Solidarity

On Wednesday, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev received the President of the Sports Federation of Islamic Solidarity, the Minister of Youth and Sports of Saudi Arabia, Prince Abdullah bin Mosaad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

During the meeting, issues related to the upcoming Games of Islamic Solidarity with the participation of more than 3,000 athletes from more than 50 countries were discussed.

Ilham Aliyev thanked the Saudi Prince for the support rendered to the Islamic Games, and noted that Azerbaijan is ready to host numerous participants and guests.

Prince Abdullah also expressed satisfaction with the growing number of tourists from Saudi Arabia, whose number in Azerbaijan has increased several times.

At the same time, he noted the great importance that his country attaches to cooperation with Azerbaijan.

Recall that the IV Games of Islamic Solidarity will be held in Baku in the second half of May. -02D-
