James Warlick called for de-escalation in Karabakh
The American co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group addressed to the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan calling to de-escalate the situation on the frontline. "I appeal to the President for appropriate action to end the standoff at the contact line, compliance with the talks," wrote Warlick on his page in Twitter. Since the beginning of the year has increased the intensity of the shootings on the frontline.
