The presidential candidate of the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) Jamil Hasanli September 18 at his campaign headquarters received the special coordinator appointed by the OSCE Chairman-in-office to observe the presidential elections in Azerbaijan, a French parliamentarian Michel Voisin and the head of the France-Azerbaijan Group at the National Assembly of France, Thierry Mariani.
Hasanli drew attention to the violation of the requirement of the Electoral Code by the authorities, the creation of unequal opportunities for candidates, the unacceptable conduct of the free campaigning on public television in the form of debates, the press service of NCDF stated. -0 -
