Johannes Hahn, the EU Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and the Expansion, is ariving in Baku on 7-9 April. During the visit, he willmeet with representatives of government and civil society. One of the discussions will be the issue of an update of the European Neighbourhood Policy.
