Karabakh Armenians did not come to showdown in Yerevan
Baku/11.10.22/Turan: Leader of Karabakh separatists Araik Harutyunyan together with "parliament speaker", "foreign minister" and other persons promised to visit Yerevan and discuss Karabakh situation following the results of talks in Prague.
The delegation's visit arose from the protests in Karabakh, where local Armenians demanded explanations from Araik Harutyunyan about the future of Karabakh. The reason for this was Yerevan's statements that Armenia cannot ensure the security of Karabakh and decide its future fate. Prior to that, Pashinyan signed a quadripartite statement on October 6 in Prague with Ilham Aliyev, Emanuel Macron and Charlemagne Michel that Armenia recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
The trip has been talked about for two days; however, Harutyunyan's team has not yet left for Yerevan, Armenian media reported in the morning of October 11. -02D-
