Levon Aronian will take part in the FIDE World Cup in Baku
Yerevan / 02.09.15 / Turan- ArmInfo: The leader of the chess team of Armenia Levon Aronian will take part in the FIDE World Cup in Baku. In an interview with the media Aronian said that he will fly to Baku next week.
From 10 September to 5 October, Baku will host the World Cup of the International Chess Federation. The tournament will bring together 128 chess players, after which the finalists will qualify for the tournament contenders.
Armenian grandmaster noted with regret that it is difficult something to help in the resolution of the Karabakh conflict, stressing that he would try to follow the example of musicians, representatives of different artists coming to the Azerbaijan people, bearing peace. -02D-
