10 March Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met in Paris meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Jacques Faure (France), Igor Popov ( Russia ) and James Warlick (USA) with the participation of the personal representative of the OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk .
As the press service of the Foreign Ministry said, the meeting discussed the current situation around the Karabakh settlement .
According to Armenian sources , on March 11 in Moscow mediators will hold a similar meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan. -02D-

On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times.
