On march 7-8 the Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov will pay official visit to Moscow at the invitation of Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, said at a briefing the press-secretary of the Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. According to her, the visit is timed to the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, which is celebrated on April 4th. The ministers will have talks on bilateral relations, regional policy and other issues. Then, Mammadyarov will meet with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Ilyas Umakhanov and will speak at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said Zakharov. -02D-
