Meeting of the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister with the US Assistant Secretary of State
Baku/06.03.23/Turan: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov had a meeting with US Assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations Michelle Sison within the framework of the Fifth UN Conference on the Least Developed Countries (NRC5) in Qatar.
According to the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Bayramov informed about the peacekeeping efforts of Baku, which Armenia ignores.
Thus, contrary to its obligations, Armenia continues to create mine threats. Bayramov also spoke about the current post-conflict situation in the region, Azerbaijan's measures to build peace, reconstruction and construction work carried out in the liberated territories, as well as the existing mine danger.
The sides exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.—06B-
