Members of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation will observe elections in Azerbaijan
The delegation of the Federation Council of Russia, headed by the deputy chairman of the Federation Council Ilyas Umakhanov will visit Azerbaijan to observe the presidential elections on October 9.
The delegation will include the first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Science Victor Lopatnikov and the member of the Federation Council Committee on the Federal Structure Nikolai Maksyuta, the press service of the Federation Council reported. -02D-
