Unknown people doused the memorial of the former Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev in the center of Tbilisi with paint, Imedi television reported. According to the television company, the incident occurred late at night. The Tbilisi City Hall cleaning service cleaned the monument all night. The Ministry of Interior has not yet commented on what happened.
