Москва готова к переговорам с Киевом, а Китай приостановил закупку нефти у России
Baku/25.02.22/Turan: Russia is ready to negotiate with Ukraine at a high level, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday in a telephone conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
"Russia is ready to negotiate with Ukraine at a high level," the Chinese Foreign Ministry quoted Putin as saying.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine Zelensky made a proposal to start negotiations. The press secretary of the Russian President Peskov regarded Zelensky's statement about Ukraine's readiness to have a neutral status as a positive step.
In turn, Bloomberg reported that oil importers in China decided to abandon purchases of Russian oil due to the Ukrainian crisis, which affects delivery.
Regular buyers of raw materials have suspended purchases until the situation with financing and payment for goods is clarified. In addition, the cost of transporting oil from the Black Sea has tripled, and transport companies have begun to avoid this region because of the war.
China is the largest buyer of Russian oil. -02D-
