One of the leading opposition parties of Azerbaijan - "Musavat" condemned the trial in Russia over the Ukrainian pilot, deputy Nadezhda Savchenko. The party believes such a court is a violation of international law.
The statement noted that the trial in the case of Savchenko is "conducted on the script written by the Putin regime."
"Musavat" appreciates the will and a proud behavior of Savchenko, and taking into account her innocence, calls on the Russian authorities to release her and send to Ukraine, reads a statement.
* Savchenko is accused of involvement in the murder of Russian journalists. However, at the time of the murder she was kidnapped by separatists in the Donbas and taken to Rossia.-16D-
