Trial and conviction were politically motivated because the petitions by lawyers of the accused during the investigation were missed, the cases of torture during the investigation were not investigated , the testimony of false witnesses were often contradictory, the statement said.
Police action before the court were cruel and inappropriate. Total number of detained members of " Musavat" and PPFA was 30 people.
