Oil Fund bought debt bills of Southern Gas Corridor
Afgan Isayev is General Director of Southern Gas Corridor closed-type JSC, reads the document posted on the official web site of the Baku Stock Exchange (BICEX).
The supervisory council includes Senior Deputy Premier of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyubov, Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev, Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev, Executive Director of the State Oil Fund Shakhmar Movsumov and President of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev.
The authorized capital of JSC is $100 million. The shareholders of JSC are SOCAR with 49% and the Azerbaijan Ministry of Economy and Industry with 51%.
SOFAZ has earlier redeemed the full primary issue of bonds of the Southern Gas Corridor.—0-
